The Selection Process

Softer skills such as empathy, communication and persuasion are fundamental if individuals are to succeed at influencing senior colleagues and gain support for proposed initiatives. Initial selection criteria will therefore be interview biased where these competencies can be assessed. This is far more reliable than alternative methods and prevents potentially strong candidates from being omitted from the shortlist.
