Sheiiba Recruits was launched at the request of Sheiiba's own members who expressed concern at the difficulty in finding people of the required quality to perform effectively in large corporations.
It was recognised that sheiiba's selective criteria for its own membership could provide a natural filtering process that would enable us to identify candidates of the right calibre; individuals who are capable not just of performing to the standards, required by the UK's top companies but also able to show the necessary level of professionalism and creative intelligence that senior roles now demand.
